Yeah, it's the symbol the Saint leaves at the scene of grime, etc. Despite being the illiterate, I've watched the movie on cable and found it boring, although I do like Val Kilmer.
Don't even mention the movie and the books in the same breath ! The movie was very removed from the books...I couldnt sit through it at all....yecchhh, as Alfred E Neuman would say.
So you havent read the Saint books too. Shame on you !
