If I had to take a guess, I'd say that's a silenced H&K MP-5. Or a similar silenced submachine gun of some kind.
But isn't his stance a bit too brash / aggressive for subtle, suave Bond? Or maybe they're continuing on the previous movie's young, raw Bond personility...
And I don't know if you remember, we once spoke about Rocky and it's racist connotations. There're quite a few links on the net that discuss it, if you're interested.
