My dad always says Kapil was given more matches by BCCI/Azhar to help him get to Hadlee's record though he was fading; where as Hadlee and Walsh got the record in their (almost)prime. But of course Kapil's influence on the game can never be taken away.
Most indians love the mediocrity that is seen on rediff and obviously rediff has to keep them happy by churning more such stuff.
